Black Enterprise Resource Center

Case overview

The Black Enterprise Resource Center (BERC) was established to help Black entrepreneurs plan, implement, deploy, and scale. Their research shows that Black entrepreneurship is now at the highest level among all minority groups in the US since the start of the pandemic. They also saw that corporations, organizations and funding sources have acknowledged the historic inequities facing Black business owners and are helping start, revitalize and grow Black businesses.

Involvement

The Brief

BERC needed to bring awareness to the challenges within African-American entrepreneurship, and they knew that a new website would serve as a powerful tool to achieve this goal. With the ability to share stories, showcase success stories, and provide resources, the website solution would help the organization reach a larger audience and engage with its target demographic in a more meaningful way. Additionally, the proposed revised website would help establish credibility, build trust, and attract potential supporters and partners who share the organization’s vision and values.
